Our commitment to staff training
By providing training to its employees, mcg increases its capacity to achieve long-term goals and to meet the ongoing needs of its business model.
Supervisors and the Manager are responsible for identifying the skills required by employees to meet the goals outlined in the Company’s Strategic Plan.
Induction Training – On commencement all employees are taken through a thorough induction explaining items such as Company Policies, responsibilities, Dress and uniform, Staff entitlements. All regulatory & security rights to work are checked and verified also.
A structured training matrix is used to guide and assess the employee on areas where additional training may be required.
